Trademarks · Monitoring
You filed for a reason. Now let’s keep an eye on it.
As nice as it would be, a registration doesn’t just enforce itself. Monitoring tells you when someone files or uses something close to your mark, while there’s still time to do something about it.
We offer two types of annual watches. Our federal watch tracks new USPTO applications that could compete with yours and gives you the chance to oppose them before they register. Our comprehensive watch also covers common-law use across the web and marketplaces, plus new domain registrations.
You’ll get periodic reports with each, in plain English: what we found, whether it really matters, and what we’d do about it. When a report surfaces a real conflict, one of our licensed attorneys calls you to talk it through. We never send enforcement letters or any other notices without your say-so.
