Some fine print
Attorney advertising
This website is an attorney advertisement for Gugliotta & Gugliotta, LPA, a legal professional association organized under the laws of Ohio. Our attorneys are licensed in Ohio and admitted to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, which permits us to represent clients anywhere in the United States in trademark and patent matters before that agency, and in copyright registration before the U.S. Copyright Office. Our business and litigation work is limited to Ohio unless we note otherwise.
Choosing a lawyer is an important decision that shouldn’t be based on advertising alone. Ask us anything you want to know about our experience before you hire us!
Our past results don’t guarantee future outcomes for our clients. Every matter turns on its own facts. The numbers on this site describing our experience are drawn from the firm’s docket and are stated as counts of matters and filings, not as outcomes.
Our attorneys aren’t certified as specialists by any organization. Ohio’s Rules of Professional Conduct expressly allow a lawyer admitted to patent practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office to use the title “Patent Attorney,” and a lawyer engaged in trademark practice to use “Trademark Attorney.” We use both in that sense; neither is a certified specialty.
If you aren’t already our client, please don’t send confidential information through this site or by email until we’ve confirmed in writing that we represent you.
